The Ta-tinis are 5 young women who were diagnosed with breast cancer at the ages of 26 to 34, all within 20 months of each other. All had double mastectomies and lost their hair to chemo. Breast cancer is not just your Grandma's disease!
Our goal is to promote awareness and join the community in the fight against breast cancer. Our passion is to improve the "cancer journey" while educating, directing and empowering young women newly diagnosed with breast cancer.
J-Ta... Our lil'est and youngest Ta-tini, Jessica, has gone to Heaven November 13, 2013. She fought like a girl. It was a long fight but she won the ultimate prize, everlasting life. We will greatly miss her colorful personality, free spirit, and strong will. She touched many lives, especially ours. Thank you for keeping her kids, Kade and Preston, and her entire family in your thoughts and prayers. We love you Jess and won't take our gloves off until we see you again! We will pick up the torch and carry on the fight..... To make a memorial donation in honor of Jessica Lanford McCain to the SCOA Cares Foundation, please click the link below.
